Clinical trial proves Nutrafem works for hot flashes
 |
"For five years I've been saying that Nutrafem works and it saved me from menopause hell - and now its not just because I say so, its clinically proven in a North American medical journal to work. There is no need to suffer though peri-menopause or menopause." -- Dini Petty |
In a new study published in the medical journal Menopause (Nov 2009), researchers tested the effects of Nutrafem on 159 postmenopausal women experiencing at least 21 hot flashes per week. At the end of 12 weeks, the researchers found that those taking Nutrafem had a significant 46% reduction in thier symptoms. In all, 43% of women experienced at least a 50% reduction in hot flashes, as compared to only 6% taking a placebo. The researchers concluded that "Nutrafem is an effective botanical treatment for vasomotor symptoms in postmenopausal women."

About Nutrafem Nutrafem is a nutriceutical supplement containing botanical extracts derived from Eucommia ulmoides bark and Vigna radiata beans. When taken consistently, Nutrafem reduces fatigue, relieves body aches and regulates normal bodily functions during menopause and hence enhance overall well-being. In placebo-controlled studies, Nutrafem is shown to be safe with no side effects. No effect on the uterus. No liver toxicity. During menopause, your body's estrogen level decreases significantly. Unlike most hormone replacement products that try to replace this loss by flooding your body with excess estrogen, Nutrafem safely assists your body to use its own estrogen more effectively. Hence, your body gets only what it needs. Furthermore, Nutrafem targets the root of the problem and not just alleviating the symptoms.
Dini's 4 things to know about Nutrafem: 1. Women start seeing results within the first two weeks and over the next 10 weeks, which is the time it takes to balance out the endocrine system, the improvements will continue. 2. After 12 weeks women can reduce their intake of Nutrafem often to half of their original dose or less. See our 'How to use Nutrafem' page on our web site. 3. The only women that should not take Nutrafem are those with over active thyroid (Hyperthyroid) and those with a diagnosis of Cystic Breast Disease. In both these conditions, the body is up-taking estrogen too quickly. Nutrafem assists your body to use its own estrogen more effectively and is therefore not recommeded in these two cases. 4. Coming off HRT to use Nutrafem will cause some distress as the body cleanses itself of the HRT. The adrenals, which are a major source of hormones, have been inactive due to the HRT in the body. Women in this case may experience several weeks of fluctuating symptoms before your symptoms are under control on Nutrafem.

 | Poisonous popcorn? Make fresh popcorn the old fashioned way – with a pot, stove, kernels, a little oil and a lot of shaking. Microwaveable popcorn bags are coated with suspected cancer-causing perfluorinated chemicals. Stove-popping is just one way to avoid contact with the countless chemicals we’re exposed to daily.
